Ève Périsset is the latest recruit to join the Girondins de Bordeaux! The international has successfully completed her medical and signed a contract for the next two seasons.   The club is delighted to welcome this talented and experienced player. Born 24 December 1994 in Saint-Priest (Rhône), Ève started playing at the age of 6 with AS Manissieux Saint-Priest, moving to AS Saint-Priest four years later.   In 2009, Ève began her career at the elite level when she signed for Olympique Lyonnais. At just 15 she began playing for both the U17s and the Lyon reserve side in D3, winning the title in that division in 2010.   She then spent three whole season with the U19s, and even made her European debut in a UEFA Champions League game against Russian club Zorkiy Krasnogorsk in 2013.   In 2013-2014 she became a regular fixture of the Lyon first team, winning three successive league titles (2014, 2015, 2016) and lifting the Coupe de France twice (2015, 2016). Keen to play even more, she made the switch to Paris SG in 2016.   Ève spent four years in the capital, becoming one of PSG's most important players. Paris went all the way to the UEFA Champions League final in her first season, losing on penalties to her former club Lyon (0-0, 7-6 pens). Ève continued to rack up experience and accolades, winning the Coupe de France (2018) and becoming a stalwart of the French national side.   Having represented her country at the various youth levels, Ève made her senior debut in 2016 against Brazil. She now has 19 caps, and played in both Euro 2017 and World Cup 2019.   At 25, Ève has a rare combination of youth and experience. Technically gifted and ruthlessly disciplined, she is a major addition to the Girondines' defence. With 125 games played at the top level, she is an established professional and a real catch for the club.     Bienvenue Ève !
