A busy weekend for the "other" teams

D1 Arkema

This Saturday, Pedro Martinez Losa's team travel to face FC Metz in their 9th game of the Arkema D1 season. With Metz currently dead last in the table, the Girondines will be hoping for three more points to keep them in contention at the top. Kick-off at 14:30.

R1 Féminines

After beating Bassens last week, the regional ladies team face Mazeres Uzos Rontign this Sunday at 3pm.

U19 Féminines

Also this Sunday at 14:30, the U19 Féminines host US Orléans for their 8th game of the season. Bordeaux currently lead the league with 12 points, ahead of Orléans in second (9 points). The girls will be looking for a win to open up that gap.

Men's reserves

Last week's postponed match against Cognac will be played this Saturday at 18:00. After back-to-back losses, Bordeaux will be looking for a result against 8th-placed Cognac.

U19 National division

The U19s travel to face Niort this Saturday; after last week's postponed fixture, the Girondins are still in third and will hope to keep the momentum going. Kick-off at 14:30.

U17 National division

On Saturday Sylvain Blaquart's side host SA Mérignac at 14:30. An opportunity for Bordeaux (16 points) to catch up to 4th-placed Châteauroux (20 points). The Girondins are currently in 6th place, albeit with a game in hand. Mérignac are 7th, just 3 points behind.  

U16

The U16s will face Marmande this Saturday at 3pm. After a decisive victory over Langon (5-2) in their last fixture, the youngsters will be hoping for another strong performance in this away tie.
