First goals from Ui-Jo Hwang and Loris Benito

Bordeaux travelled to Dijon this evening to snap up their first victory in this nascent Ligue 1 season. When Samuel Kalu broke free on the counter-attack and fired in an excellent cross, Ui-Jo Hwang controlled the ball deftly with the outside of his right foot. The South Korean international then cut inside and fired off a wonderful curving shot which lodged itself firmly in the back of the net. A beautiful strike for the new signing's first competitive goal for Bordeaux. In the second half, fellow newcomer Loris Benito followed suit. When Enock Kwateng headed down the ball from a NDP corner, the Swiss full back fired off a blistering volley to open his goalscoring tally for Bordeaux.
