The Girondines' new head coach sat down to face the press with a broad smile on his face. His first words were directed at club president Frédéric Longuépée: ''I'd like to thank the Club for placing their trust in me, this is a great project. Women's football is going from strength to strength and I think we can make the Girondins de Bordeaux a very strong team indeed."       He then expressed his determination to settle into life in Bordeaux rapidly, and set out his first priorities: ''My assistants and I are taking French lessons, and I hope we'll be up to speed soon. For now we're communicating in English and the players can understand us.'' He also took the opportunity to introduce his coaching staff: Jose Barcala Garcia (assistant coach and physical conditioning specialist, on the right) and Damien Lopez (goalkeeping coach).     Pour conclure, Pedro Martinez Losa a rappelé ses ambitions et celles du Club : ''L'objectif, c'est de faire de Bordeaux l'une des meilleures équipes féminines de France et d'Europe''.
