Khadija Shaw joins Bordeaux !

The Girondins de Bordeaux are delighted to announce the signing of Khadija Shaw on a two-year contract. At just 22 years of age, the striker has already become a permanent fixture of the Jamaican national team. She helped them qualify for the 2019 World Cup, scoring no fewer than 19 goals in the qualifying phases to become the top scorer in the whole qualification process! Before being selected for the Reggae Girlz, Khadija Shaw worked her way up through the ranks with Jamaica U15, U17 and U20. Alongside her stellar international career "Bunny", as she is affectionately known, has spent the past few seasons with Eastern Florida State College and the University of Tennessee. Khadija is a formidable attacking force, voted player of the year 2018 by The Guardian. We can't wait to see her scoring goals in navy blue! Welcome to Bordeaux Khadija !
