Five Girondines on international duty!

Julie Thibaud with France B Our defender has been named in Jean-François Niemezcki's squad for the Turkish Women’s Cup. France B will face Kazakhstan, Northern Ireland and Jordan. Julie Thibaud was a French youth international, and will be hoping to win her first senior cap during this tournament.   Kathellen Sousa with Brazil Sousa will join the Brazil squad for the SheBelieves Cup, drawn against England, Japan and the USA. After earning her first call-up last summer, Kathellen is beginning to stake a serious claim on a spot in the Brazilian side.   Camille Surdez with Switzeland Surdez will be going to the Algrave Cup with Switzerland, after a successful performance in her first international training camp. Camille has yet to pull on the red shirt in a competitive match, but she has already featured in a few friendlies and will be hoping to break into the team this time.   Erin Nayler with New Zealand Meanwhile, Erin Nayler will be starring for New Zealand in the Cup of Nations, facing Australia, Argentina and South Korea. The Girondines keeper already has 57 caps with the Kiwis.   Bravo and good luck to all our internationals !
