Corps de texte
Since signing for the Girondins at the age of 15 ans, Théo Pellenard has played for the club at every level. He first grabbed the attention of the fans in 2013 at the Stade de France, when Jean-Luc Dogon's U19 side won the Coupe Gambardella against Sedan. His performances also drew the attention of coach Francis Gillot, who handed the young wing back his professional debut in a UEFA Europa League match against Tel-Aviv. He went on to make three Ligue 1 appearances in that first season, against Valenciennes, Reims and Evian. A promising debut which earned Théo his first professional contract in 2014, and a call up to the Tournoi de Toulon with the France youth team. Unfortunately, a knee injury put the brakes on this rapid start. In the summer of 2015 he was sent out on loan to Paris FC, where he racked up match experience with 20 appearances in Ligue 2. Back in Bordeaux, he made 25 Ligue 1 appearances for the Girondins over the next two seasons. We wish Théo all the best with his future career.
