European rivals all victorious

Zenit got back to winning ways at home against Erokhin and Driussi. After losing 2-0 to CSKA Moscow last week, the league leaders were back on form in their 2-0 victory over Rostov. Slavia Prague were on similarly confident form. Unbeaten in their last six games (five wins and a draw), Slavia's almost-perfect run of league form continued this weekend. Their away trip to Karvina yielded their 13th victory of the season, a 3-1 win with goals from Soucek, Stoch and Olayinka.  Copenhagen are another team on a good run: twelve victories so far this season. FCK confirmed their place at the top of the Danish league this weekend with a 2-1 win over Midtjylland. Skov got the first goal from the penalty spot, with Gregus adding a second in the 82nd minute.   The Girondins will be up against an in-form side riding high on a wave of confidence and strong results this week, when Slavia Prague visit Bordeaux.
