Samuel Kalu - Nigeria - African Cup of Nations qualifying
Top-ranking Nigeria faced a difficult trip to 2nd-placed South Africa on Saturday. Samuel Kalu started the game, a 1-1 draw which will be seen as a good result for all involved.
The Super Eagles remain top of their group going into their home tie with the Seychelles (4th place) this Thursday.
Youssouf Sabaly - Senegal - African Cup of Nations qualifying
Senegal have alreadyu qualified for the finals, and travelled to Equitorial Guinea looking to cement their first-place finish ahead of Madagascar. Youssouf Sabaly played the full 90 minutes in a game which the Senegalese won 1-0.
On Thursday the Lions of Teranga will be hoping to keep their winning run going against Madasgascar.
François Kamano - Guinea - African Cup of Nations qualifying
Guinea were also playing to maintain their group-topping François Kamano played 86 minutes of the game against 2nd-placed Ivory Coast, a match which ended 1-1.
Guinea travel to the Central African Republic this Thursday for their final qualifying match.
Pablo - Brazil - Friendly
South America met North London this weekend as Brazil took on Uruguay at the Emirates Stadium. Brazil were 1-0 winners, but Pablo stayed on the bench.
The Brazilians have another friendly scheduled with Cameroon tomorrow evening.
Andreas Cornelius and Lukas Lerager - Denmark - Nations Ligue
The Danes travelled to Cardiff hoping to qualify for the final four of Group B of the Nations League. They succeeded in beating Wales 2-1, with Lukas Lerager coming on for the last fifteen minutes but Andreas Cornelius remaining on the bench.
Denmark's final game is this evening, against last-placed Ireland.
