The Coupe de France comes back to Bordeaux!

This weekend Bouaye, in the Loire-Atlantique region (44), played host to the Coupe de France finals for Category B1 (blind) and B2-B3 (visually-impaired). Reigning champions in Category B1, and having already won the league, the Girondins arrived as favourites and didn't disappoint! After overcoming Saint Mandé in the semi-final (1-0), Bordeaux beat Anderlecht (Belgian teams also take part in the French tournament) 2-1 in the final! And there was yet another trophy for Khalifa Youme, who won the golden boot! The Girondins have now won 4 of the last 6 Coupe de France titles in Category B1. Congratulations to the whole team!
