US Granville are raring to go for their Coupe de France 3rd-round tie with the Girondins. The game will be played this Sunday 7th January at 14:15 Granville's Stade Louis Dior. The team, currently in the National 2 division, have been back in training since 28th December and coach Johan Gallon only has one thing on his mind: "All through the holidays I've been eating, sleeping and breathing Bordeaux, it's the only way for us to get anything out of this game. It's my responsibility to be on top form for this match. It's up to me to keep the players focussed, to get the training sessions right in the build-up to the game, with discipline and hard work, but also with the best possible understanding of who we're up against." Johan Gallon can't wait to get started, even though he knows the game will be a tough one for his side: "I can't wait for Sunday. All the build-up is just hype, just talk. The most important thing is for us to be ready at 2:15 on Sunday, ready to take on a good team and a huge club. We've got a mountain to climb, we know that. It's going to be a tough game, we know that too. We're going to have to dig in and suffer, but I think we can do that better than Bordeaux. That may be the key to winning this match."   Click here for the match preview from local TV station France 3 Normandie.   @F3Normandie focus on @US_Granville who face the @girondins this Sunday at 2:15pm in the Coupe de France 3rd round  #CoupedeFrance pic.twitter.com/pyFon90Uda — Jean-Louis Tricot (@JLTricot) 3 January 2018
