Benoît Costil – France – Friendly

The Girondins' keeper spent the weekend with the France squad at Clairefontaine. The Bleus played a friendly against Wales at the Stade de France, beating the 2016 Euro semi-finalists 2-0. Costil did not feature on the night. France will be back in action this evening (14th November), taking on Germany in Cologne.

Lukas Lerager  - Denmark – FIFA World Cup 2018 Qualifying Play-Off

Selected for the Denmark squad to face Ireland, Lerager did not play in the first leg. Held to a draw (0-0) at Copenhagen's Telia Parken, the Danes travel to Dublin for the decisive second leg this evening (Nov 14th). Lukas Lerager need to win (or at least secure a scoring draw) to book their tickets to the World Cup!

Youssouf Sabaly – Senegal – FIFA World Cup 2018 Qualifying – Group D

Senegal have qualified for the 2018 World Cup! Sabaly was in the starting 11 for this decisive victory over South Africa, at Polokawe's Peter Mokaba Stadium (2-0). With a total of 11 points from the group stage, Senegal are headed for Russia. They have one more game left to play, again against South Africa, in Dakar tonight.

François Kamano – Guinea – FIFA World Cup 2018 Qualifying – Group A

Already eliminated from the World Cup, François Kamano travelled to Congo for their final game in the group stage, losing 3-1.

Milan Gajic and Vukasin Jovanovic – Serbia – Euro U21 qualifiers

Both defenders started in this Euro U21 qualifier, beating Austria 3-1 in Vienna. They will be in action again tonight in Erevan, against Armenia U21.

Olivier Verdon – Benin – Friendly

Olivier Verdon was called up to the Benin squad for two friendlies, both of which ended in 1-1 draws. The first saw them take on Congo in Brazzaville, before hosting Tanzania in Cotonou.  

Zaydou Youssouf – France U20 – Friendly

Just a few weeks after signing his first professional contract with the Girondins, Zaydou Youssouf received a call-up to the France U20 squad. France's bright young things had back-to-back friendlies with Morocco, the first of which ended in a 1-1 draw and the second in a 2-1 win for the Bleus.

Yassine Benrahou – Morocco U18 – Friendly

The youngster spent the week of 5th-13th November with the Morocco U18s, in Morocco and Senegal. The week ended in a 0-0 draw with Mauritania.  

Corentin Michel – Belgium U18 – Pinatar Tournament

The Girondins U19 keeper was called up to the Belgium U18 squad for the Pinatar Tournament, in Spain. He started in two of Belgium's games, the first a 3-0 victory over the Republic of Ireland and the second a draw with the Czech Republic (1-1).
