Herrera, Chavas and Gomes all sign for Bordeaux!

The Girondins de Bordeaux are thrilled to confirm the arrival of Melissa Herrera, Mylène Chavas and Mélissa Gomes. The three players have now completed their medicals and the necessary paperwork, finalising the deals first announced last month.

Melissa Herrera is a striker and Costa Rica international who joins us after a successful season with Stade de Reims (7 goals in 15 matches). Melissa joins us until June 2024.

And she is not the only attacking player named Mélissa joining us from Reims this summer! Mélissa Gomès is a Portugal international who scored 10 goals in 21 appearances last season, and who now joins us until June 2023.

Goalkeeper Mylène Chavas also joins us from Dijon. A France U23 internationale, Mylène has signed a two-year deal (June 2023). She made 21 league appearances last season.
