A good weekend for the Academy !

The U17 Nationals faced Balma SC in their third game of the league season, getting off to a roaring start with three goals in the first half hour (David Tebili Koukougnon 7’ ; Mehdi Harfi 16’ ; Enzo Grothe 26’).  Matys Coulibaly pulled two back for the hosts (32’ ; 90’), but the Girondins held on to win 3-2. After three wins in as many matches, the Bordeaux U17s are joint top of the table with Montpellier.

The U19s faced EA Guingamp in their fourth outing of the season. Guingamp took the lead in the 21st minute (Trésor Antonio), with Bordeaux responding just before the break with an equaliser from Mathias De Amorim (42'). Lucelvine Essiena Avang grabbed the winner for Bordeaux late on (80’), sealing a 2-1 victory which leaves Bordeaux top of the table.

The Reserves faced Aviron Bayonnais in their 3rd game of the new season, dominating the game from start to finish. They took the lead early through Junior Mwanga (12’), with Johab Pascal (28'), Thibault Klidjé (56') and Sié Milama Moudjatov Ouattara (75') all adding to the total. Completing a nightmare afternoon for Bayonne, they also picked up a red card in the 71st minute. A 4-0 victory which sends the Reserves top of the league.

In their second game of the season in the Regional Division, the Ladies Reserves faced Bassens CMO. Bordeaux won the game 4-1 to go joint top of the league.
