Gaëtan Huard is coming back to the Girondins. The club's former goalkeeper will now join the coaching staff, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise at the top of the sport as he prepares to work with Anna Moorhouse, Mylène Chavas and Romane Bruneau. Born in 1962 in Montargis, Gaëtan started out with RC Lens before playing for Marseille. He joined Bordeaux in 1991 and soon fell in love with the club. He was part of the team that won the second division and went all the way to the UEFA Cup Final in 1996. He also made club history with a record that still stands to this day: in the 1992-1993 season, he did not concede a goal for 1176 minutes (13 matches) in the league. Gaëtan played over 300 matches in his professional career.
