A sparkling performance from Bordeaux ! [3-2]

The chances kept coming, but the score refused to budge... until a dramatic turn of events in the 89th minute. When the Girondins shot from the edge of the box, Faes handled the ball and conceded a precious penalty (89’). There was only one man for the job this afternoon: Jimmy Briand stepped up to do the honours, handing Bordeaux their first home victory of the season (3-2, 90+2).
