This Wednesday evening at Agen's Stade Pierre Fernandez, a new-look Girondins team took to the field for their first pre-season friendly. Exciting young attacking prospect Logan Delaurier-Chaubet opened the scoring in the fourth minute, with defender Junior Mwanga doubling the lead just before the break (45’). Rodez pulled one back in the second half courtesy of Florian David (53’), and the scoreline remained unchanged at the final whistle. An encouraging performance and a welcome victory to kick off the 2022-2023 campaign. The Girondins' next pre-season friendly is scheduled for this Saturday 9th July at Stade Firmin Daudou, kick-off 7pm.
