Out of contract since the end of the season, Romane Bruneau is leaving the club for a new chapter in her career. Romane has signed for D2 side Toulouse. Born in August 1996 in Angers, Romane started out with her hometown club before moving to La Roche-sur-Yon in 2011, moving up through the ranks and making 37 appearances for the first side before moving on in 2016.

After spells with Dijon and Lyon, the keeper arrived in Bordeaux in 2018. Over the course of her fours seasons with the club, Romane made 20 first-team appearances: 16 in D1 and 4 in the Coupe de France. She is also an experienced international, having represented France at the youth levels. Romane was part of the team that won the U17 World Cup in 2012, and was named best goalkeeper at that tournament. She also featured in the U20 World Cup in 2014, where France finished third.
