The Reserves were unbeaten since 15 January, but that run came to an end this Saturday afternoon at the hands of Basque outfit Genêts d’Anglet.
In a hard-fought game the hosts showed themselves to be the more pragmatic of the two sides, scoring the only goal of the match to seal victory and distance the Girondins by 3 more points in the league table.
Romain Ferrier's side will be hoping to bounce back next Sunday 26 March at 15:00, when they take on Châtellerault at Stade Pierre Paul Bernard in Talence.

The U19 Women started the day top of Group C, travelling to face 5th-placed Orléans.
The Girondines were 3-2 winners on the day, getting the better of a brave Orléans defence to rack up a third consecutive victory.
Bordeaux remain top of the table, 5 points clear of second place.
The U19s' next game will be on Sunday 2 April at 11:00, a home tie against Guingamp.
