In their final home game of the season, Bordeaux welcomed Fleury to Le Bouscat's Stade Sainte Germaine. The visitors started the day fourth in the D1 table, but the Girondines were not intimidated in the slightest. Julie Thibaud came within a whisker of giving Bordeaux an early lead, connecting with a pass from Julie Dufour but missing the target (13’). Patrice Lair's side repelled the visitors' attacking movements while taking full advantage of their own opportunities, testing Fleury with a flurry of long balls. Just before the break, Maëlle Garbino forced an impressive, full-length save from Fleury keeper Heil (45’).

The exchanges were just as evenly-matched in the second half, but the tempo increased. Young newcomer Carla Lecaille, making her D1 debut today, showed perfect timing to block a very dangerous shot (71’). The match kicked up another gear in the last 15 minutes, when Dafeur fired Fleury ahead from a tight angle (76’, 0-1). Bordeaux refused to let their heads go down, and pushed hard for an equaliser. Maëlle Garbino soon found it, with a superbly-placed shot! (82’, 1-1)
