The Girondins lined up for the first half as follows: Straczek - Michelin, Gregersen, Marcelin, De Lima - Ignatenko, Mwanga – Sissokho, Bakwa, Pirringuel - Badji
The boys in blue were soon on the front foot, with a shot from the edge of the box from Issouf Sissokho (6’), a header off the post from Aliou Badji (15’) and a long-range effort from Lenny Pirringuel (21’) all keeping the crowd entertained.
But it was to be the attacking duo of Clément Michelin and Aliou Badji that made the difference: the striker scored two headed goals in the first half, both from superb crosses drilled into the box by the right wing-back (17’, 36’).
Dilane Bakwa was on good attacking form too, while the Bordeaux defence was solid and relatively untroubled.

David Guion shook things up for the second half, sending on a new-look Girondins side: Bedfian - Louis-Jean, Barbet, Mwanga, Ekomié - Cassubie, De Amorim - Tebili, Weissbeck, Makagni - Vipotnik
The second half was more disjointed and Trélissac looked better in defence. Clearly the Girondins still have some fine-tuning to do to be fully ready for the Ligue 2 season.
Things heated up a bit towards the end, with Johaneko Louis-Jean charging forward on the counter and looking up to find our new Slovenian centre forward Žan Vipotnik in a prime position. Vipotnik attempted to wrong-foot the keeper with his left foot, but the Trélissac man produced a fine snap save (84’).
Set piece specialist Yoann Barbet almost had the Stade Pierre-Paul Bernard bouncing again, with a powerful effort which demanded a truly acrobatic save from the Trélissac keeper (87').
Two minutes later Alane Bedfian pulled off a strikingly similar manoeuvre to protect the Girondins' clean sheet.
Pre-season rolls on, as the first team squad heads to Vichy for the traditional training camp. Next friendly: 22 July in Vichy, kick-off pm. And the opposition: old rivals AJ Auxerre.
